Description
White Raw Makhana 5 Plus is premium large-grade fox nut – pops sized above roughly 15mm, noticeably bigger, whiter and crunchier than standard market makhana. This is the grade we recommend for serious snackers who roast at home.
Sourced directly from the ponds of Bihar, where skilled farmers harvest the seeds by hand and pop them in hot pans – a craft perfected over generations. Each batch is sorted for size and colour, so the pouch holds uniform, unbroken pops.
High in plant protein and fibre, naturally gluten-free, and about 100 calories per 30g bowl. Dry-roast for 8-10 minutes till a pop snaps cleanly, then season – pink salt, pepper, chaat masala, anything.
