White Raw Makhana 4 Plus is honest, everyday fox nut – clean white pops in the 12-15mm range, ideal for kitchens that cook with makhana as much as they snack on it.
This is the grade for makhana kheer, curries, bhel and tiffin roasting: it softens beautifully in milk, absorbs masala well, and costs less than snacking grades while carrying the same nutrition – protein, fibre, minerals, and hardly any fat.
