1. General Policy
We currently do not offer refunds on any purchases once the order has been delivered. However, customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided the reason is genuine and meets our return criteria listed below.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- A valid reason must be provided (e.g., damaged product, wrong item delivered, or product quality concerns).
- Proof of purchase or order ID is required for all return requests.
Once your request is received and reviewed, our team will determine whether the return qualifies for approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or quality reasons. These include:
- Perishable goods with a short shelf life.
- Products opened or tampered with after delivery.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers.
4. Replacement Process
If your return request is approved, Sahgi Foods will arrange a replacement for the same product or a product of equal value. Replacements are processed once the original item is received and inspected at our facility.
We may require you to share clear photographs of the product and packaging to verify your claim before initiating a return pickup.
5. Bulk Orders
For bulk or wholesale orders, returns and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers are required to contact our support team directly before initiating any return request for such orders.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. Our team will verify and arrange a suitable resolution — either a replacement or return authorization.
7. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item), Sahgi Foods will bear the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
8. No Refund Policy
All approved cases will be handled via replacement only. Sahgi Foods does not issue cash or digital refunds under any circumstance once an order has been successfully delivered.
